Explained
How many episodes is it, and is it finished?
73 TV episodes: 24 in Season 1, 24 in Season 2 and 25 in Season 3 (12 in 2025, then 13 in 2026). The last episode aired in April 2026 and adapts the manga's ending, so the anime is complete.
Why do people call Season 3 Part 2 a separate season?
Season 3 was split into two halves with a break in between, so streaming sites and databases often list the second half on its own. It continues the same numbering (episodes 13–25) and is the end of the same season.
What does Fire Force have to do with Soul Eater?
Both are by Atsushi Ohkubo. The ending reveals that Fire Force takes place in the distant past of Soul Eater's world, and the final episodes make that link explicit. You don't need to know Soul Eater to follow Fire Force, but fans of it will catch more in the finale.
Should I watch Soul Eater next?
If you liked the ending, yes, it's a natural follow-up. Be aware that the Soul Eater anime (2008, 51 episodes) ended before its manga did and has its own anime-original ending, so the manga is the complete version of that story.
Are there any movies or OVAs?
No. Apart from the TV seasons there's only the one-minute chibi mini anime, which you can skip.
