One match across ten episodes: the Miyagi final against powerhouse Shiratorizawa and its ace Ushijima, for the prefecture's spot at nationals.

Two canon episodes, "Land vs. Air" and "The Path of the Ball", adapting the Tokyo qualifiers: Nekoma plays Fukurodani, then Nohebi for Tokyo's last spot at nationals. Not filler; watch them between Season 3 and To the Top, because they set up The Dumpster Battle.

Season 4, episodes 1–13. Kageyama is called up to the All-Japan Youth camp while Hinata sneaks into the Miyagi rookie camp as a ball boy, then nationals begin and Karasuno meets Inarizaki and the Miya twins.

Season 4, episodes 14–25, delayed to October 2020 by the pandemic. Almost all of it is the Inarizaki match, and the last episode sets up the match against Nekoma.

Part 1 of the two-film finale: Karasuno finally plays Nekoma in an official match at nationals, told largely through Kenma's eyes. Picks up straight after To the Top episode 25. 85 minutes.
